About me

Hi, I’m Mary Kelley Lancaster, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the heart behind True Voice Therapy. I believe that life has a way of piling on stress, loss, and expectations until it feels like your real self gets buried. My role as a therapist is to help you uncover that true voice within you—the one that knows your worth, even if it’s hard to hear right now.

Therapy with me is down-to-earth, compassionate, and collaborative. I’m not here to “fix” you—I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing you down, gently untangle the patterns that keep you stuck, and create space for healing and growth at your pace.

Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—helping them move through anxiety, grief, big life transitions, and those quiet feelings of “something just isn’t right.” No matter what brings you here, you don’t have to go through it alone.

If you’ve been feeling unheard, overwhelmed, or unsure of yourself, I want you to know: your voice is still here. And together, we can help you find it again.

My services

Individual Therapy

Sometimes life’s noise can drown out who you truly are. Individual therapy is a space to quiet that noise and listen inward. In our one-on-one work, you’ll have room to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the voice within you that knows your worth. Together, we’ll explore what feels heavy, untangle what’s been holding you back, and help you step forward with clarity, confidence, and compassion for yourself.

Group Therapy

There’s something powerful about being witnessed by others who understand. Group therapy creates a circle of connection where voices long silenced can be heard again. In this guided, supportive space, you’ll find that you’re not alone—that your story resonates with others, and their journeys can inspire your own. Here, healing grows through community, shared wisdom, and the courage to speak and listen with authenticity.
