I'm Mary Kelley Lancaster, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and founder of True Voice Wellness.
I work with people in a new stage of becoming.
The high achiever who got everything they were told to want, and still feels empty. The person closing out a career, wondering who they are in what comes next. The parent holding everyone together — raising kids, caring for aging parents, quietly losing themselves in the process. The teenager just trying to make sense of it all.

Virtual Individual Therapy
(Florida & South Carolina Residents Only)
Our first session is a chance to slow down and get beneath the surface. We'll talk through what's been weighing on you, explore your history and goals, and start to map out what you'd like to feel differently about and how we might get there together.
Available to adults located in Florida & South Carolina at the time of service.
When someone you love is struggling — a child, partner, friend, or parent — it’s hard to know what to say, how to help, or where to start. This 60-minute virtual consult gives you a calm, judgment-free space to talk through what’s going on and learn how to approach the situation with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

"I Can Do Hard Things" Youth Group Ages 7-10
A Social-Skills Program Rooted on the Farm.
Your child spends four weeks discovering what they’re actually good at, learning to stick with hard things, and practicing real friendship. We do it outdoors on the farm with animals and hands-on—because kids this age learn by doing, not by talking about it.
$240 for the full 4-week program.

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’d like to get out of it, and any questions you may have. It’s a chance for you to share at your own pace and for us to begin building a safe, supportive connection.

Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes. Intake sessions (your first session) is 60 minutes.

That depends on your goals and needs. Some people come weekly, others biweekly, and some only during certain seasons of life. We’ll work together to find a rhythm that feels right for you.

At this time, we exclusively offer virtual sessions, giving you the flexibility to choose the time and place that feel most comfortable and accessible.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’ve lost touch with yourself, therapy can be a powerful step toward healing. You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting, that’s what therapy is for.
